Terms and Conditions

We value a working mutually beneficial partnership with our Customers and offer the following framework as our standard terms and conditions:

Fixed Price

  • Our services can be provided for a fixed price on request


$1K-IT, $2K-IT, $4K-IT

  • Our managed service covers all time involved with managing your IT Infrastructure
  • Any new hardware or software required from time to time is additional and charged for separately


Payment Terms

  • Small project - 100% payment in advance
  • Large projects - 50% deposit, 50% on completion


Bartercard

  • We accept Bartercard


Software Subscription Renewals

  • Software subscription renewals (e.g. RAPPS, SugarCRM, Eset Nod32) are automatic unless we hear from you in writing with 60 days notice


Refund Policy

  • We offer a full refund no questions asked policy within 30 days of purchase
